These are chattable because users can work with them through conversation while the system preserves state, context, actions, and continuity over time.

Notes Extras

Comment processing

• AI can turn rough comments into a clean document.
• People can comment approximately instead of writing in rigid document form.
• Voice comments can attach to a highlighted portion, then get transcribed and processed.
• Samantha should read comments and bring them into a chat around that note.

Bundling

• When paired with Meetings, Notes can support contract-level signing like docusign - use chattable app from meaboutus

Change alerts

• When the owner updates a note, notify interested parties eg.
• • anyone who + saved a copy,
  • those who have commented on it,
  • anyone who opened the note while signed in.
  • only some of these possible, because of not easily knowing id-context ?
• The alert should preview the change or newly added content, not just open the whole note.
• Viewers should be able to dismiss it, turn alerts off, or comment further.

Source preservation

• When someone uses a public note, they have the ability to add it to their notes collection with a plus action.
• When they do, the source link from the original note should be preserved in the copied note.

Journals Extras

Sharing

• Shared journals can accept appended contributions from multiple identified people.
• No comments, edits, or deletions after submission. Old entries are not deletable by anybody.
• The owner can insert their own entries anywhere in the stream. If they insert something into the middle after the fact, it should be indented so it is clear it was added later.
• The owner can suspend someone from contributing further without removing their past entries. After suspension, that contributor should see the journal frozen up to that point, but nothing further.

Change alerts

• When a new entry is added, notify contributors who still have access to the shared journal.
• The alert should preview the new entry, not just open the whole journal.
• Contributors should be able to dismiss it or turn alerts off.

Chat Extras

Image manipulation

• I should be able to break an image down into its component parts.
• The simplest case is something like: break this attached image into six parts so I can reuse them.
• It could also be more sophisticated, like separating an object from its background.
• If the image contains one composite object, like a human being, it should be able to split out facial features.
• If it is a mechanical object, like a car, it should be able to break it down into component pieces.
• The point is to be able to recompose them afterward, for example putting a human head on a car.

Example: this composite image could be split into six separate images for reuse.
